A 1,500-seat, outdoor amphitheater is featured in the Tippecanoe County Amphitheater Park in Lafayette. The theater is surrounded by grassy areas and is able to accommodate music concerts, group picnics, receptions, church services and much more. Also available are restrooms, meeting areas, a ticket office and stage lighting. To get to the theater, go north on the I-65 until State Road 43 (Exit 178) and go south for 1.25 mi (2 km). Monon Depot Constructed in 1901, the Monon Depot in Lafayette was used by the railroad until 1959.
